Milo the Miner like a true artiste loved to travel. He had heard of Kolkata, the bustling city of world migrants like Armenians, Jews, Chinese, Anglo Indians, British, French and was dying to reach to its shores. He finally did come here and was overwhelmed with the hidden nostalgia at every nook and corner of the burgeoning city. The divergence within the genre of cuisines being churned and stirred and cooked across every narrow lane and street fascinated him. Milo started dreaming of the possibility of pursuing his passion for cooking in a place where people embrace newness with ardent appreciation and love. Being born to a family of traditional Miners who took pride in their work, Milo set up the Kouzina Mining Co, to help Kolkata experience the adventure of being inside a real mine while exploring the culinary delights he had orchestrated after months of research. Milo took upon himself to carry on with his endeavour to administer a place which reflects the touch of his identity as a tribute to his mining trade and went on to create magic with his runic spoon with his tantalizing and scrumptious culinary creations at Kouzina Mining Co.
